In order to recognize and acknowledge the hard work, dedication and contributions to the goals and objectives of the Communications and Electronics Branch, a Branch certificate of appreciation has been designed and approved by the Branch Advisory Committee to recognize non-Branch members on retirement, posting or special achievement. The Branch certificate of appreciation recognizes personal achievement, effort and examples where these are directly related to the C & E Branch.

All employees of the Branch, both military and civilian and holders of Honorary appointments are eligible to receive the C and E Branch certificate of appreciation, as are units or sections of unit. Additionally members or units of other Commands or Branches who directly provide a service in support of the C and E Branch may receive this certificate of appreciation.
