RETIREMENT - Sergeant Karl Kuhn CFSCE 00110

Sergeant Karl Kuhn will be retiring from the CF 7 Jul 2009 with 27 plus years of dedicated service. Karl and his wife France will be staying in the Kingston area as Karl has accepted employment with the Public Service at Fort Frontenac.

Sergeant Kuhn joined the Canadian Forces on 08 Jun 1982. He started his career at C.F.B. Valcartier where he spent 11 years at HQ & Sigs and 711 Signal Sqn. During this time he also did a tour in the Golan Heights in 1990 and another tour in Bosnia in 1996.

In 1997 Sgt. Kuhn was posted to the Staff College at Fort Frontenac here in Kingston. Since that time Sgt Kuhn has remained in Kingston with 2 postings to CFSCE at Sp Sqn and HQ and another to RMC.

His most recent arrival at CFSCE was Jun 08 to LCIS Stds CFSCE, where he was employed as a Stds Writer for the past year.
